To charge Lithium ion Battery under 0℃(32℉) is not allowed because it will cause irreversible damage to the battery. MateLion's ML12100P integrates a heating system to warm up the battery, before charging, from -20℃(-4℉) to 5℃(41℉) in just one hour.( half an hour if from -10℃(14℉)). It will extend the battery life for sure.
